Why take a gap year?

If I take a gap year,I want to find a work before moving to graduate school.

I think it can enhance my practical skills,learn how to orginize my time, gain some special and precious experience, ,build industry relationships, more importantly, I can know my interest direction .On the other way,more and more company exeutives emphasize on the applicants' practical experiences and skills.
